Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers or businesses via the online shop "FAERY" (hereinafter referred to as "Seller").
Consumers are any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 13 German Civil Code – BGB).
Businesses are natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity who, when concluding the legal transaction, act in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 14 BGB).

The products displayed in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalog. You can place products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order. The contract is concluded when you click the order button during checkout and immediately receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are stated in euros and include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT). Shipping costs are added separately and displayed during the checkout process.

4. Payment

The following payment methods are available in our online shop:

Payment processing is handled via our payment service provider Shopify Payments. No additional fees apply for the chosen payment method. The payment obligation arises upon conclusion of the contract.

The available payment methods may vary depending on the country of residence and the individual checkout settings.

5. Delivery and Product Availability

We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible and hand them over to our shipping provider. As a rule, orders are handed over to the shipping provider within 2 business days of payment receipt. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and are usually within a few business days.

6. Right of Withdrawal

For information on the right of withdrawal and how to exercise it, please refer to our Cancellation Policy, which is available on our website at any time or can be provided in text form upon request.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

9. Contract Language

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.

10. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not restrict any mandatory legal provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
