Processing Time and Shipping Costs

Shipping is done upon receipt of the order and is usually processed within 1–3 business days. The shipping times are listed below.

Returns of Goods

Does a product not fit properly or do you simply not like it and want to return it? No problem, you have 14 days from the delivery date to send it back.

Please make sure that the items you want to return are sent back to us in perfect condition and without signs of use. Please do not remove any tags; otherwise, we cannot accept the items back.

NOTE: DIRTY, WORN, OR WASHED CLOTHING AS WELL AS ITEMS WITHOUT TAGS CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

To make the return process as easy as possible for you, just follow these steps:

  1. Send us an email with your order number to: info@faerywear.com

  2. You will receive all information about the return process. Please note that you must bear the cost of the return shipment yourself.

  3. After receiving the goods, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 days.
