How does the return work?
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return unworn items within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that the items you wish to return are sent back to us in perfect condition and without signs of use. Please do not remove any tags; otherwise, we cannot accept the items.
NOTE: DIRTY, WORN, OR WASHED CLOTHING AS WELL AS ITEMS WITHOUT TAGS CANNOT BE REFUNDED.
To make the return process as easy as possible for you, simply follow these steps:
- Send us an email with your order number to: info@faerywear.com
- You will receive all the information about the return process. Please note that you must bear the cost of the return shipment yourself.
- After we receive the goods, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 days.
The return shipping costs are your responsibility as the buyer. We promote conscious consumption and want to avoid unnecessary returns.
How long does shipping take?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days . We use DHL for shipping, and delivery within Germany takes approximately 2-5 business days . You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.
How are the products manufactured?
Our products are created in collaboration with a carefully selected partner. We place great importance to fair and safe working conditions.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You'll always see the exact shipping price before completing your purchase.
